The Aerobics and Fitness programme consists of approximately
40 classes of varying degrees of intensity.
Aerobics, Step,
Box-A-Cise and Tums, Bums and Thighs, are all included
in the Gold and Corporate Leisure Cards.
If you're a beginner why not try the 8:00pm Aerobics
Class on a Monday night or for a more advanced workout
try the 10.00am Tuesday and Wednesday. 6:00pm class on
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday. 5.30pm Friday.
